Production sessions are with Scott, Monday-Friday, 10am-3pm. The studio confirms availability before requesting payment. No instant payment or automatic charge is made by the date-request form.

Confirming A Session

Send a date request through the production booking page. We confirm Scott’s availability, project scope and the total before payment. A request alone is not a confirmed booking.

Advance Payment

An advance payment of £180 including VAT secures the agreed session once the studio has verified receipt. The remaining £420 is due before the session starts. The advance is part of the £600 total, not an additional charge.

Client Discount Codes

Private codes apply only to the assigned client email address and are subject to any expiry date and usage limit. Enter a code with your date request; the saved session page shows the discount, VAT, total and balance before you accept the offer. One code per session. The £180 advance stays the same unless the discounted total is lower, in which case that total is paid in advance. Each saved booking request counts as one use of the code, even if the booking is later cancelled. The studio can issue a new code where agreed. Existing saved prices remain unchanged if a code is later disabled.

Changes & Cancellation

With at least 72 hours’ notice, you may move or cancel without a cancellation charge, provided agreed work has not already begun. For a later cancellation or missed session, any deduction is limited to reasonable, demonstrable loss after deducting costs saved and income from replacement bookings, capped at the advance payment. We explain any deduction and refund the remainder.

If we cancel, you may choose a replacement date or a refund for services not supplied. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Consumer cancellation rights, including any right to cancel an online service purchase within 14 days, take priority. Work starting within that period would require a separate express request.

Paying For Your Session

Bank transfers are accepted once the studio offers your date. Payment details and your booking reference appear on your private session page after you accept the terms. Check the recipient and use the exact reference. We verify funds in the receiving account before confirming; a screenshot or payment claim does not confirm a booking.

Payment Deadlines

Your offer shows how long the date is provisionally held. If the deadline passes before payment is verified, the hold expires. Contact the studio before paying late, or immediately if you have already paid and your hold expires.

Your Calendar

Confirmed sessions include an iCalendar download for Google and Apple Calendar. This is a snapshot: if a session moves or is cancelled, update the event in your calendar. The studio’s Google calendar automatically mirrors confirmed sessions and unavailable dates. Booking changes are always managed through this website; your personal calendar download remains a snapshot.
